FACTORES DE LA SATISFACCIÓN DEL CLIENTE Y SU INFLUENCIA EN LA COMPETITIVIDAD DE LA INDUSTRIA RESTAURANTERA

Abstract


The restaurant industry is faced with a disadvantage against the well structured national and international chains, so this article is intended, showing the influence of customer satisfaction on the competitiveness of the restaurant industry of Puerto Vallarta. The methodological design was not experimental, transactional, correlational, with a sample rate of 383 diners. The findings show that factors tangibility factor with a value of .98, response with a value of .73 and pay .35 worth., Which means that these factors are more related to the competitiveness of the restaurants, this according to the empirical data of customers surveyed.
