Dr. Banutu-Gomez is a professor at Rowan University; William G. Rohrer College of Business. Professor Michael Ba Banutu-Gomez received his Ph.D. at Case Western Reserve University – Wetherhead School of Management, Department of Organizational Behavior in 2001.

Professor Banutu-Gomez received his bachelor in Sociology and Applied Social Relations and Minor in English Literature at Eastern Connecticut State University and Masters in Social Work, with concentration in Management and Minor in Public Policy from Boston University. He has presented papers nationally and internationally and published in the field of Leadership, International Business and Organizational Behavior and Change.
