Tiffany Boury is an Associate Professor at Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio USA. In 2018, she was appointed director of Franciscan University's Catholic Leadership program. The Leadership program will serve leaders from multidisciplinary fields by providing consulting, research, leadership training and offsite professional development.

Dr. Boury's doctoral research was in the importance of providing opportunities for teachers to study abroad and culturally relevant teaching. In 2017, she served as a visiting faculty member working with Austrian school partnerships created during her studies. In 2018, a second school partnership was developed to provide Franciscan graduates the opportunity to assist with English instruction in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Through a joint collaboration with Franciscan University and St. Bonaventure administration, the EEP (English Empowering Program) was developed. The EEP offers teachers not only a year of mentoring and classroom ESL training, it serves as a cultural immersion for both communities.

Dr. Boury received her bachelor's degree from West Liberty University, her Masters of Education from Walden University and her PhD in Instructional Management and Leadership from Robert Morris University. In 2017, she was named recipient of the Excellence in Teaching Award from Franciscan University and Associate Editor for the European Scientific Journal. As director of the MCL program, she is available for consulting and professional development workshops in mentoring emerging leaders and school leadership training.
