Monika Bolek, PhD, associate professor at University of Lodz deals with the issues of financial liquidity, operational efficiency and growth of enterprises on the capital market. Additionally, she is interested in innovations and their commercialization, behavioral finance and the peer-review process. She is an author or co-author of more than 70 papers and two books. She is a head of Corporate Finance Department in the Institute of Finance at Faculty of Economics and Sociology at University of Lodz in Poland. Monika Bolek appreciates international scientific cooperation and participation in exchange programs like Erasmus.
