Maria Aranzazu Calzadilla Medina, PhD

Maria Aranzazu Calzadilla Medina is an Associate Professor of Civil Law at the University of La Laguna. She holds a PhD from the same university and is Director of its Institutional Chair on Childhood and Adolescence. Her research focuses on family and personal law, children’s and adolescents’ rights, contract law, property and land registration law, and gender equality. She participates in several doctoral programmes and the DERPEFA and RETADEC research groups.
