SATISFACTION AU TRAVAIL, IMPLICATION ORGANISATIONNELLE, ET INTENTION DE DEPART VOLONTAIRE : CAS DES TECHNICIENS DEMAINTENANCE D’UNE ENTREPRISE DE CABLAGE
Abstract
Voluntary leave remains a major challenge for most companies. We investigate the case of CAB entreprise where the attrition rate of maintenance techniciens was about 22%. Our purpose is the validation of an explanatory model and a suggestion of practical recommadations on this basis. Our research provide a better understanding of the voluntary leave intention involving attitudes towards work from psychological point of view. Mainly, job satisfaction and organizational involvement were included to the questionnaire of the survey. The findings from this research establish that : first, significant influence of extrinsic job satisfaction and emotional organizational involvement on the intention of voluntary leave. And second, intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction comes prior the emotional organizational involvement.Downloads
