Abstract

The International Cooperation Development is one important topic of international relationships nowadays, because it has an important influence into the receptors countries that has its origin in the deep impact into the economic, social, cultural and politic fields. Generally, the ICD take place between countries that have a very different level of incomes. In addition of this, one of its objectives is the promotion of the economic and social progress of poor countries. Nevertheless, we can say that the protection of human rights in these countries is inferior that in the developed ones.
