DIVERSITÉ FLORALE DES ASTÉRACÉES DE LA RÉGION DE CONSTANTINE (ALGÉRIE)
Abstract
The present study provides a review of morpho- histological characters of the reproductive tract of some species of the family Asteraceae starting from bibliographic data. The inventory, collection and observation with binocular and with light microscope of 36 species have allowed us to achieve a significant diversity. Indeed, the obtained results suggest the existence of three groups of species with respect to the types of flowers making up the capitulates. The study confirmed that the floral characters are always important in the classification of the species. Their characters, especially morphological, show a consistency in the family and variability within species which allow regrouping and classifying these species. Comparing our results with previous studies leads to the stability of the studied characters despite the climatic changes caused by the industrial revolution that continues things that opposes the conclusions of recent alarmist studiesDownloads
