Genre et Addiction au Smartphone chez les Adolescents Ivoiriens
Abstract
The objective of this study is to study the frequency of use and the prevalence of smartphone addiction by associating it with gender in the Ivorian environment. Using a questionnaire adapted to the short version of the SAS (SAS-SV), this sample of 373 respondents were interviewed after selection by convenience and voluntary participation. SPSS software was used as a data processing tool. The results focus first on the identity of pupils with a smartphone according to level and gender, then the amount of time spent using the smartphone according to gender en finally, the degree of addiction according to gender. Talking these results into account, gender turns out to be a very important indicator in smartphone addiction.
